Talent Show to be held at the

The band played for the Talco
students in their assembly Wed-
nesday afternoon. Talco band was
here last week and played in as-
sembly.
Mr. Grantham and Robert Wat-
ters are in charge of the talent
show Friday night at the gym.

First Sunday singing, held
monthly here at the Baptist
Church, has promise of some good
singers, who have just moved into
this area. All neighboring com-
munity singers have a cordial in-
vitation. If you enjoy gospel
singing, come. Tom Pirtle is
class president.
Mrs. John W. Horn and son,
Scottie, here to attend her fa-
ther, W. R. Bain, left Saturday
for their home in Corpus Christi.
Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Sport and
children of Dallas, visited her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Sale
and attended her sister. Miss Jo
Sale, ia Clarksville hospital over

honored with an open house in
observance of their golden wed-
ding anniversary Sunday at their
