in a deed from Lillian McCathren
and husband. Raymond C. Me
Cathren, dated March 26, 1943,
filed April 26. 1943, recorded in
Volume 111, Pages 23 25, Deed
Records of Bastrop County, Texas,
whkh said property Is delinquent
to plaintiff for taxes in the fol-
lowing araounU:
845.79 exclusive of Interest,
penalties and costa, and there ia
included in this suit in addition
to the taxea all aaid interest,
penalties, and coeU thereon, al-
lowed by law up to and including
the day of judgment herein.

suit has been brought by the
Smilhville Independent School
District m plaintiff, against
Mrs. W. A (Virginia) Walraven
And the unknown heirs of W. A
Walraven,
defendants, by petition filed on
the 16th day of October, 1958, in
that certain suit styled Smithville
Independent School District vs.
Mrs. W. A. (Virginia) Walraven.
et al, for collection of the taxes
on Mid property and that said
suit is now pending in the Dis-
trict Court of Bastrop County,
Texas, the 21st Judicial District,
and the file number of Mid suit
is 3282, and that the names of all
taxing uniU whkh assess and
collect taxes on the property
hereinafter described, not made
parties to this suit, are the City
of Smithville, County of Bastrop,
and the State of Texas.

ing plaintiff, defendants, and in-
tarveoora, shall take notice that
claims not only for any taxes
which were delinquent on said
property at the time this suit
was filed but all taxes becoming
delinquent thereon at any time
thereafter up to the day of judg-
ment, including all Interest,, pen-
alties, and costs allowed. by law
thereon, may, upon request there-
for be recovered herein without
further citation or notice to any
parties herein, and all Mid par-
ties shall take notic? of anl
plead and answer to all claim*
and pleadings now on file and
whkh may hereafter be filed in
Mid cause by all other parties
herein, and all of those taxint
units above named who may in-
tervene herein and set up their
respective tax claims against said
