Enjay Chemical Co.’s Baytown
Plant. . *
Gangluff^ becoming active
in Baytown civic life, although
he is still a newcomer. Besides
being on the Chamber board of
, directors, he is active in the ,& mmg
Rotary Club and in St. Joseph ' » **
Cathoiic Church, of which he is
a member. .......-~-
Ihe Baytown Chamber of-
Comraerce has made a-faver- -
able ^impression on Gangluff.
“Pis is an active Chamber
-•interested in all areas of civic
........ ....... betterment,” he said.
Gangluff was born in Levy,
Ark.., and attended high school
in North Little Rock. He at-
tended the University of Louis-
ville and received a degree in
cherpical engineering.
He began his career as a
chemical engineer in 1948,
starting work with Humble in
Linden, N.J. He was trans-
ferred to Bayonne, NJ., and
then to Bayway where he sperjt
eight years.
‘ New York City was home to
Gangluff for a year. He was
then transferred to Houston
where he spent six years. Then
came the long move to
Australia, where Gangluff
spent four years in the Sydney
area. “People are similar in
both Australia and the U.S. and
we enjoyed our stay there,!’
Gangluff said. . •—
Last fail, Gangluff and his
family returned to the U.S.
'? Gangluff enjoys watching
spectator sports. His favorite is
football.
He and his wife Helen live at
- Spanish Keys Apartments.
They have two children, Levin,.
a freshman at Notre Dame,
. and Laura, a junior at Ross
Sterling High School.
Golf Is Year
Long Game
The Goose Creek Country
Club offers plenty of golf the
year round for its members.

the club and Pro Jim Cormally
will host at least 10 tourna-
ments from March until Janu-
ary.
