GALVESTON, Nov. 17.
Police at Galveston, Texas, have
released a suspect in the brutal
axe murder of six-year-old Linda
Glucoft at Los Angeles.
Chief Conway M. Shannon says
exhaustive questioning and n
fingerprint check have proved
conclusively that the man is not
| Fred Stroble, wanted in the Calif-
ornia killing. Shannon says the
161-year-old man’s identity has
been definitely established. He has
'a sister living in Galveston.
