Club met today at noon with Mrs.

pit gave a demonstration and a
covered dish luncheon was served.
A Christmas party was held and
gifts were exchanged.

ed from visiting relatives for two

CELINA — A meeting to launch
the waterways program of the Col-
lin County Soil Conservation dis-
trict will be held in the Celina
school building tonight.
A committee composed of C. B.
Johnson, Bruce Moreland, G. V.
Bray, of Celina, and Clude Lof
tice, Claude Melton and Jack Ken-
nedy of Alla will be in charge of
the meeting.
Supervisors of the district and
work unit conservationists of the
Soil Conservation Service will be
guest speakers at the meeting.

Roads Home Demonstration Club
entertained the Green Valley Home
Demonstration Club Wednesday at
the Community Center in Cross
Roads with a luncheon.
After the luncheon, games were
played, prizes awarded, and Christ-
mas slides were shown.
