through a window by her father,

told her that he waa "God" and
that "the baby must die for the
good of mankind.”
Tomasiello, father of four other
children, was taken to Martland
Medical Center for mental obser-
vation. No charges were placed
against him immediately.

months in jail in 1964 for assault
