IF YOU'VE EVER DOUBT-
ED Santa Claus just because
you think he can't make all the
stops on Christmas night he's
given credit for, well, hark!
MR. CLAUS WAS in Rusk on
Tuesday night. . .actually, he
was all over the place. He was
scheduled to be at the Kiwanis
Club Christmas party at 7. . .
and again, at the Kindergarten
program, also at 7.
REPORTS ARE THAT he
made 'em both. . .and was on
time at eaóh place!
HE MAY HAVE BEEN at
one or two other places in
town, too.
HE CAN DO IT.
away with it.
.and get
BUT HE'S THE ONLY one,
and therefore since most every-
body will be observing Christ-
mas—and they can't be doing
anything toward making news
for us to gather—The Chero-
keean is going to print a day
later next week.
THIS MAY BE partially due
to the fact that for a day or
two we don't want to gather up
any news. . .just loll around
and observe the holidays our-
selves.
AND INASMUCH AS this de-
sire is already making itself
felt strongly, the column just
bids you all. . .
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
