Mineola Civic Center’s Mere-
dith Hall.
Installation of officers for the
coming year will be part of the
program. Members are urged
to come and meet their new
officers for 1980.
The AARP Chapter will
furnish and serve the turkey
for the traditional meal, with
Clifford Landrum and Mrs. Mil-
dred Baumann serving the
turkey. Each member is asked
to bring a vegetable, a salad, or
a dessert (or more). Anyone

Mrs. Spear says she had a
personal encounter with the
Lord! eight years ago on her
way to the divorce court. She
and her husband Don, who was
“an angry man in a hurry," had
few moments of peace until that
time. She felt she could no
longer cope with a son who had
left home, a daughter involved
with drugs, or a husband who
was totally centered on sue
ceeding in the business world.
In seeking to help her
daughter, she found the Lord.
Mrs. Spear is a sought after
speaker for ladies meetings of
the Full Gospel Business Men’s
Fellowship International, hav
ing recently spoken to their
Regional convention in Niagara
Falls, Ontario. She is active in
Women’s Aglow in Cincinnati,
Ohio, and has been on the
executive committee for the
Billy Graham Crusade in
Cincinnati.
