Texas Woman's University studenta this spring
The TWU National Alumnae Aseociation is
sponsoring the trip to London March 9-17. Students
taking the tour can receive elective credit in
history, English or textile sciences and
Society at Texas Woman's University is hosting an
evening of nostalgia Wednesday at 8 p.m.
Memories of TWU s past will be shared by TWU
president Mary Evelyn Huey, who grew up on the
campus; Ruth Martin Crary, executive director of
the TWU National Alumnae Association and a
native of Denton; Kitty Winter Magee, president of
the Alumnae Association; and Glenda Simmons,
TWU graduate
"TWU: Night of Reminiscence" will be held on
the fifth floor of the clock tower on. the TWU cam-
pus.

The North Texas State University Union Arts and
t Crafts Center is offering memberships to Denton
residents for the first time
The center has facilities for 16 different crafts,
supplies and staff to assist participanls
Memberships are 810 a semester, which Includes
use of the facility and tools
Some of the crafts offered are: jewelry, copper
enameling, ceramics, woodworking, photo
silkscreening, leather, sewing, woodcut. book
binding, glass etching, batik, macrame, bicycle
repair, wood carving, weaving, guilting and glass
staining.
