Colonel J. W. Paramore, president of the
Texas & St. Louis, to day issued a circular
announcing officially the appointment of
w. R. Woodward to the position of general
manaver of that road. Colonel Paramore
and Mr. Woodward were in consultation
this morning trying to hit upon names for
the positions of division superintendents.

position vacated by A. T. Verner.
