I should have prepared from it and the an answer in form, but on searching the other day at Irenham I find the original bill filed by Coles in his life time has been lost or mislaid and as I have no copy I could not so well prepare it. You have the right view of the matter and no doubt I.!r Towns can draft it correctly. They want to procrastinate the matter and if possible we ought to be ready Term the next which will sit the 30th Ilovr. next. X Mrs ierry's answer must need be very short, she knows but little of the matter. I hope Hill will have placed himself in a situation to defend his interests. Had you not better communicate with him, if he has no copy let him see yours and make his answer as administrator of his wife. It will I think be important that M. A.
