Intelligence report addressed to W. P. Gannaway of the Dallas Police Department's Special Service Bureau. The report, which was submitted by detective W. S. Biggio, states that Mr. Garnett Claud Hallmark of the Allright Parking System did not recall interviewing Lee Harvey Oswald. No application by Lee Harvey Oswald was found in his records.
