Report written by E. E. Taylor to Chief J. E. Curry concerning the arrest of Lee Harvey Oswald. Taylor states that he was assigned to the Trade Mart that day but was instructed to go the library for a suspect in the shooting of Officer J. D. Tippit, which proved to be a false report. He then went to the Texas Theater to assist with apprehending Oswald.
